District Boundaries

It is proposed that from east to west, the AUSD's southern boundary be the northern boundary of the City of Pasadena from approximately the point at which Washington Boulevard turns south, then westward to the point at which North Windsor Avenue/North Arroyo Blvd. crosses the 210 freeway, then following the northern edge of the 210 freeway west until the eastern border of the La Canada Unified School District is reached. The AUSD's western boundary would be the eastern boundary of the La Canada Unified School District (LCUSD) north of the AUSD's southern boundary to the point at which the LCUSD border intersects the northwest corner of its neighboring district or districts.

The AUSD's northern boundary would follow the LCUSD border described above and would include all of that portion of the Pasadena Unified School District (PUSD) northern boundary west of the western edge of LACRR voting precinct 3500010.

The AUSD's eastern boundary would be the western edge of LACRR voting precinct 3500010 south to a point level with the midpoint of LACRR voting precinct 308003, then due west to the point due north of the northeastern point of Eaton Canyon Park, then south along the eastern edge of the Park as it borders the City of Pasadena, and continuing south along the City of Pasadena's border along the western side of Eaton Canyon Reservoir until the easternmost point of the proposed AUSD's southern border (described above) is reached.
